Our head brewer, Cormac O'Dwyer believes that it takes quality ingredients, time, care and attention to detail to create the perfect brews and this is the methodology that he employs when brewing.

Using artisan methods we hand craft a range of premium bottle-conditioned beers to the highest standards. We have a core range comprising Black Rock Irish Stout, Copper Coast Red Ale and Helvick Gold Blonde Ale. Complementing these will be seasonal and festival specials - our next will be a bottled version of our Coffee and Oatmeal stout which was available at festivals throughout 2011.

Our beers are bottle-conditioned, which means that a natural carbonation process occurs within the bottle which eliminates the need for the addition of further gasses to the beers. This can leave a slight yeast residue in the bottle which is completely natural and fine to drink. Conditioning in the bottle means we have a naturally carbonated, unfiltered and unpasteurised beer that doesn't need any further enhancers or additives to stabilise or improve them.

All brewing and bottling is done on-site in our brewery in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Brewing and bottling on-site means that we can oversee the complete production process, from grain to finished bottle, so we can assure the quality of this hand-crafted product.

We also supply cask ale to select ale houses as well as at a range of festivals and events throughout Ireland.

All our beers are vegan friendly.
