Meet the brewers!

The brewery is the brainchild of brothers-in-law Cormac O'Dwyer and Tom Dalton who set up the brewery along with their wives Jen and Claire with a view to offering the Irish beer drinker a greater choice in craft beers, with an emphasis on quality, craft and tradition.

Cormac is our Head Brewer and is responsible for the production and running of the brewery. He had been a keen amateur brewer for several years prior to founding the brewery, and brings these skills along with his experience as a Production Manager to the business.

Tom, our Sales and Distribution Manager, looks after our customers and is responsible for getting the beers out there, when he's not assisting Cormac in the brewery. A former Quantity Surveyor, he also oversees the financial planning of the brewery.

Jen and Claire look after the administration, accounts and marketing and PR for the company. Together, all four involved have a great mix of skills and backgrounds to bring to the business and have created a very positive, efficient and cohesive working environment.
